Surprise! I actually went to art school and got a BFA in Drawing and Painting before I followed a writing path.

I painted murals, did illustrations, and even cover art for a while. And then I decided to challenge and torture myself with a writing career.

Besides spending most of my childhood drawing horses, I also wrote stories, so the two passions have always been intertwined.

The Doodle Diary documents my writing madness journey from start to nowish, as well as Sapphire which would later become The Shielded Realms.
